The candidate will be leading the Sales Compensation Quota Walk Process in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), partnering with various stakeholders to enable Day 1 Quota Readiness. The candidate will liaise closely with Global Compensation team to understand the impact of new Compensation plan to Quota Walk process, and ensure sales quota walk deliverable is aligned. Besides, this candidate is also the coordinator for central planning activities involving Forecast, Outlook, Close and Executive Support.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Coordinates APJ quota walk process from FP&A perspective by working closely with Quota Planners, Global Data Management team, Sales Commission team and Sales Operations support team.
Responsible in ensuring on time release of sales quota walk which is aligned to official Sales Compensation metrics, to enable Day 1 Quota Readiness.
Supports any subsequent new sales quota as required.
Interacts frequently with Quota Planners, Sales Commission team and Sales team, be the FP&A first point of contact in addressing any queries and escalations on quota released.
Supports & coordinates finance deliverables for Executive facing reviews/presentations, including monthly Run the Business (RTB) review, Leadership meeting, Sales/Finance Quarterly All Hands and Quarterly State of Readiness (SOR) review.
Coordinates end-to-end central planning calendar, working closely with respective process leads to ensure planning is in place and deliverables are on time.
Provides coaching to FDP in Central team, ensures proper onboarding of new FDP. To guide new FDP on BMS task deliverables.
Finance qualification is desirable with strong knowledge of financial analysis methods

Possess good knowledge of MS Office Programs (especially Excel), and the ability to learn new software tools quickly. Experience with SQL and databases a plus.
Minimum 10 years of commercial finance experience
