The Balance Sheet Center of Excellence supports all aspects of delivering balance sheet projections, subject matter expertise, innovative solutions, and effective tools to support WFC Forecasting needs. We do this through the 9 Qtr forecast, CCAR, Resolution Planning and ALM interest rate sensitivity runs.

The Balance Sheet Center of Excellence is seeking an energetic finance professional to perform the following functions:

  • Support modeling and nine quarter rolling forecast for balance and net interest income

  • Manage off-balance forecast

  • Coordinate documentation related to Stress Test/CCAR

  • Coordinate submission of forecast to QRM

  • Ad-Hoc projects

Duties may include:

  • Developing and evaluating solutions to a wide range of highly complex financial problems

  • Identifying, analyzing and reporting on financial impact of proposed strategic business initiatives

  • Developing, designing, implementing and modifying complex financial models for business analysis

  • Anticipating issues based on knowledge of business trends and proposing direction and solutions

  • Serving as expert consultant to senior management on highly complex financial issues.

Preferred Locations: Charlotte, Phoenix, and Minneapolis. Other locations will be considered across the Wells Fargo footprint.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics and reporting; or a BS/BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business and 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics

  • Hyperion Essbase experience

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
