Function next to senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization
Responsible for monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required
Assist in generating effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support
Determine the root causes of internal and external facts that are influencing performance and outcomes
Flexible individual that feels comfortable operating under high expectations while dealing with a large amount of information- Inspect performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities
Work closely with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
Monitor monthly and quarterly performance by comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources effectively
Monitor forecasting reports
Contribute to weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment level Bookings and P L forecasting
Coordinate with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans
Must have strong problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
Experience in Spreadsheet and ERP system
BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds
Solid understanding of financial analysis
Financial planning analysis (go-to-market experience preferable)
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
