The role is situated within the IT department of Signify, and is part of the Planning and Asset Management team. Its responsibilities are at the heart of driving to create transparency, improve predictability and minimize risk.The team consists of 3 main functions: Change & Configuration Management; Software Asset Management; IT Operations Office.

The focus of this role will be working directly with the internal teams and key process stakeholders to ensure the change management process is embedded and adhered to across the organization and continuous improvement activities are identified and actioned.
In this role your main responsibilities will be:
To embed the change management process within the organization
To monitor the implementation of changes and perform trend analysis
To help protect the business against deployment of uncontrolled changes
To ensure required process controls are in place to drive operational excellence across change management
To steer the organization towards an optimal balance between cost, time and quality of changes
To establish and drive the implementation of process improvements across the various process stakeholders
To support existing training plans and modify/create new documentation to support global education of the change management process
To engage with all ITSM process owners and experts to ensure alignment of the change management process with all ITIL processes
To meet or exceed established process KPI’s
To develop new KPI’s to help drive the change management process to the next level of maturity
The successful candidate will be a natural communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships within the Global Lighting IT environment. He/she will have experience within a similar role, managing the Global ITIL Change Management process in line with the goals defined.
To be successful in this role, you have:
A Masters & or Bachelor’s degree in an IT (related) discipline
5+ years of experience with the ITIL Change Management process
5+ years of experience in a complex operational environment and working with multiple Service Delivery Organizations
5+ years in an IT environment
2+ years of experience in working within, global/virtual teams
ITIL Foundation & understanding of LEAN
Experience with “Service Now” Service Management Tooling is a plus
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivation and clear orientation for results
Proven ability to work as a team player as well as independently
Strong consultancy skills acting within dynamic business environments and against changing priorities
Proven ability to work comfortably under pressure and under own initiative
Business level fluency in English language, literate and numerate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adjust to any level within the organization and ensure clear and concise communication towards different stakeholders
