Lockheed Martin Manufacturing Project Coordinator in Orlando, Florida
Description: Manufacturing Project Coordinator is responsible for the
overall execution and responsibility of hardware builds and WIP coordination from MRP launch to contract close out.
Daily Responsibilities include:
-Communicate to all levels of your team the day-to-day tasking for success!
-Establish and schedule the project for production after an HPCD is input. Translate an MPM/OPM’s HPCD into a production strategy which consists of a production order drop plan that the mfg processors can execute.
-Analyze, monitor and expedite the procurement cycle for the IPT. Chair the recurring PRPO reports/meetings where this information is presented to the OPM/MPM and program team. Convey priority/expedite items to Program Sourcing representative to work. Elevate any open SOPs to program team for assistance/resolution. Include RTV purchase orders in your PR/PO meetings.
-Analyze COS for material health status prior to releasing production orders to processors work bench to ensure dates are in line with the drop plan. Host a drop meeting at least weekly with the supervisor. Drop plan should consist of a 30 day outlook.
-Release production orders to the processors work bench after adequate analysis is performed.
Prepare and present a project “can build” to the IPT weekly and Prod Ops management as required. In addition to a “can build,” be prepared to walk through the MPC dashboard which showcases your MRP health in conjunction with a supply and demand analysis.
- Change board representative and owner of subsequent MRP required tasks.
-Coordinate the use of GFM in a production environment. Partner with depot and Quality to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
-Cross plant management and coordination, inclusive of production notices for La Mesa.
