This role will coordinate office move logistics and manage office construction progress. This position will interact daily with national, regional, and local office leaders as well as administrative staff and external contractors. This person will provide support the 15 offices our Atlantic and Mid-West regions. Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination with national real estate managers, regional leadership, and local staff to facilitate office buildouts and moves including:

  • arranging moves

  • furniture selection

  • supply orders

  • IT coordination

  • Assist in space, renovations, and office transitions

  • Oversee project work performed by outside contractors. Review and approve contractor work for quality, completeness, and conformity to contract specifications

  • Maintain records and reports

  • Travel when required to assist with office build-outs/moves. Travel will generally be within the 15 offices the Atlantic and Mid-West. Occasional travel nationally may be required

  • Effectively collaborate with administrative staff, senior leaders, and outside vendors

  • Assist office staff with maintenance and improvement issues

  • Other duties may include:

  • tracking regional office budgets

  • assisting with expense approval

  • creating and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets

Position Requirements:

  • Strong organization and project management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships

  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Ability to travel to existing and new office sites

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word
