This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy for a specific line of business that may include multiple locations. You and your team will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to internal clients and complete projects that enhance the recruiting experience. As a recruiting leader you will be seen as a subject-matter expert and will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best- in- class recruitment shop.
Client management and consulting - partner with hiring managers, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs. Become a deep subject matter expert within your assigned client group.
Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing.
Team Management - lead a team of experienced, high performing recruiters. Create a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion.” Invest in and elevate your team to greatness.
Analysis - Leverage data and metrics to conduct analysis on talent markets and our delivery to better support our teams, clients, and candidates
Key initiatives – play a critical role in leading important organizational initiatives beyond the scope of your day- to- day position.
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience directly managing a team
At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting including full life cycle, research, and sourcing
At least 4 years of experience in Client Management
2+ years of experience with reporting tools (i.e. excel, Tableau) and analysis leading to meaningful insights and action
5+ years of experience directly managing a team
5+ years of experience in Client Management
