S UMMARY

Responsible for supporting the sale of company products in territories assigned to the team. The position will be part of a growing team that strives to achieve overall company goals in terms of revenue, profitability, image, reputation and customer service. The team provides applications and tendering support to Commercial Teams for water & wastewater treatment products and solutions in Greater Asia region where the company is currently experiencing tremendous growth opportunities. Additionally collaborate with other Growth Center teams such as EMEA Tender support, Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, Field Service support, Operations and R&D as needed and required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proficiently apply company products and processes to best serve the needs of our customers and comply with Corporate, Professional and Industry standards.

  • Provide superior quality in-territory technical and marketing support to Commercial Teams, including training, key customer visits, customer seminars and tradeshow support, to enable them to successfully sell the company products in their assigned territory.

  • Work effort to include application engineering, specification preparation and review, cost estimating, preparation of budgetary and bid proposals, and technical assistance to allowCommercial Teams to support their customers including, Consultants, End Users and Contractors.

  • Support tender activity within region, including pricing and bidding strategy, Labor & Material costing for products and projects utilizing QWB templates (pricing estimate sheet), standards and ensuring CT’s organize DOA calls as required and triggered by QWB.

  • Prepare sales handover information and participate in meetings as required for a smooth transition of projects to execution teams.

  • Provide support to others throughout the company as required to ensure that the customer's needs are met through project execution, and that projects are completed in the most cost effective and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of quality of both our products and services, and booked margins are sustained.

  • Collaborate with theGC Product Management, Process, Electrical, Mechanical engineering teams, Business Development & R&Dteams to meet strategic and operating plan objectives addressing product orientation requirements to assigned territories.

  • Field service travel to jobsites for installation training, start-up and to assess product/process functionality.

  • Drive a culture that is highly responsive to both internal and external customers and which provides accurate, comprehensive and timely information.

  • Comply with Company ethics, trade policies and directives including Cross-border projects.

  • Other duties as may be assigned including jobsite visits for equipment check-out and resolve issues for sales staff.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Minimum Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited educational institution or equivalent experience.

  • Possess fundamental and demonstrated knowledge of the sales process in the water wastewater treatment industry and have a minimum of four (4)year experience including in the international markets.

  • Possess strong knowledge in the principles & applications in water and wastewater treatment.

  • Demonstrate excellent computer, communication, presentation, management and analytical skills. Be a self-starter with high motivation to achieve goals.

  • Travel: International and Domestic travel required up to 50%.

  • Misc. Exposure to undesirable field elements at treatment plants or contractors site.
