Delivery Lead-digiTECH

As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the VP. The Delivery Lead will handle a range of responsibilities from being able to communicate Consumer Identities high level delivery and release plan, remove impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's goals while digging into the details and communicate day-to-day management of personnel to allow the leadership team to focus on delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

-Serves as Delivery Lead for all Consumer Identity teams, creating and helping the teams executing on roadmap and delivery strategy to Tech and Business partners.

  • Fosters a motivating culture of openness, collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Advisor acting on behalf of the VP and his senior leadership team, creating collaboration forums across the org (team meetings, town halls, intranet presence, etc.)

  • Business Management – Works with the digiTECH Chief of Staff to create routines and processes to enable the efficient and effective management of the Consumer Identity Team. Example include, but aren’t limited to Labor/People Strategy, Budget, Space, Recruiting.

-Project Leadership - Manage special projects to support departmental objectives.

Experience managing projects and/or system integrations that are somewhat complex

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

-At least 7 years of experience in Project or Process management

-At least 5 years of experience in communications planning and development, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports

-At least 4 years of experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage cross-functional team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately

-At least 4 years of experience managing senior stakeholders across different business functions

-At least 2 years of experience working in organizational development and performance

Preferred Qualifications

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance or Organizational Development

-Master’s in Business Administration
